You must have arrived on time. Please make sure you confirm arrival with your nurse.
In the event of emergencies you could be contacted to delay/postpone your appointment. This would not be eligible for a reduction. However your new appointment time would be eligible for the Promise as usual.
To claim you must tell your vet at the start of your consult that you have waited over 15 mins and they will be delighted to credit your account.
